As a former chef, flavour is at the heart of everything I create. From timeless favourites like classic vanilla to more celebratory choices like pink champagne, each cake is thoughtfully layered with soft, beautifully baked sponge, signature velvety buttercream, and carefully paired conserves or rich chocolate ganache.

    Classic Vanilla

    A timeless classic vanilla bean sponge, layered with our signature organic vanilla buttercream and a tangy ripple of raspberry conserve.
